You control the data SushiLab holds about you and the social accounts you connect. This page explains how to remove it.
Disconnect a social account
- Sign in to SushiLab.
- Go to My Brand > Social Accounts.
- Find the account (Instagram, Facebook Page, YouTube channel or TikTok account) and click the trash icon.
- Confirm Disconnect.
When you disconnect, SushiLab revokes its access at the platform and deletes the access tokens we stored for that account. We can no longer post to it or read from it. Posts you already published stay on your account; delete them there if you want them gone.
Remove SushiLab from the platform itself
You can also remove access from the platform's side at any time:
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > SushiLab > Remove.
- YouTube (Google): https://myaccount.google.com/permissions > SushiLab > Remove access.
- TikTok: TikTok app > Settings and privacy > Security > Apps and services permissions > SushiLab > Remove access.
Delete your SushiLab account and all your data
Email hello@sushilab.ai from the address on your SushiLab account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request, then delete your account, your brands, storytellers, generated content and connected account data within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.
Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example invoices). They're kept only for that purpose.
